To view Dell's online catalog or to place an order, simply follow these steps: Access Dell’s confidential Web site. The items on this page reflect a 5 percent discount. As a TVA retiree, you are eligible for a 10 percent discount. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Note: The first time you place an order from this Web site, you will be required to enter your name, your e-mail address, and your company name. For company name, you must enter TVA. You may place your order using either of the following methods:
Online: When you place your order online and choose a 3- or 4-year warranty, the system will automatically generate your 10 percent discount. If you choose a 1- or 2-year warranty, your 10 percent discount will be generated when you enter TVA’s coupon code: P$XKC7W2XHSC0V.
By phone: Call Dell's sales representatives at 1-866-257-4711.

Why is Dell the only vendor through this program?
Dell currently has an employee purchase program in place for the Federal and state government. Expansion of the program to include other vendors may be considered at a later date.
How will I pay for the equipment?
You may pay for the purchase by personal credit card or bank check card. Financing through Dell is also available. Info rmation about their finance program is posted on their Web site.
What if I have a problem with a product I’ve purchased through this plan?
When purchasing through this plan, you will receive Dell's standard warranties, and you must call Dell for maintenance and technical support.
What is the Coupon Number?
TVA’s coupon code is P$XKC7W2XHSC0V. If you are ordering online and purchasing less than a 3-year warranty, this coupon code must be entered to receive your full 10 percent discount.
When I tried to place an order through the Dell link, I was asked for my name, e-mail address, and company name. Why?
Dell asks for this information because this is a special site with discounted pricing. Once you have entered the information, your computer will remember it, and you will not have to enter it again if you later return to the site. Note: For company name, you must enter TVA.
By requesting a quote from Dell, am I committing myself to purchase the computer equipment from Dell at the quoted price?
No. You can request a quote from Dell online or by phone without feeling pressured to buy the equipment. You do not commit yourself to purchasing the equipment until you check out online or place the order with a Dell sales representative.
