Pest Control Services

TVA employees, retirees and partners can take advantage of a discount on pest control services from Orkin. Orkins offers to those eligible a $30 discount on the first year of annual pest-control contracts. Orkin also offers a 15-percent discount on the cost for termite treatments. Eligible "partners" include G*UB*MK, NPS, Stone & Webster, Parsons, L. E. Myers, and others.

Discounts available on new contracts only

The discounts cannot be applied to eligible participants who already have a home-service contract with Orkin.

Pest-control maintenence services

Orkin recommends pest-control maintenance service tailored to each customer's particular needs. The amount and frequency of recommended service is determined by a number of factors, such as the following:

• The overall size of the home and number of bathrooms.
• The age, type of construction and general structural integrity of the home.
• The outdoor habitat that surrounds the home, which can impact pest development.

Callers should identify themselves as a TVA employee, retiree or contract employee of TVA. Orkin customer-care representatives will ask callers a few questions to verify their TVA employment or connection, then will convey that information to the Orkin branch office that provides services to homes in the area where the caller lives. Callers then will be contacted by an area Orkin representative, who will provide a quote for the services.
