Carol W. Doss

Carol W. Doss is the coordinator for the Upper Tennessee River Roundtable, a nonprofit watershed roundtable covering seven counties and two cities in Virginia.

Doss currently serves on the Abandoned Mined Lands Advisory Board, the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Fraternity, and as coordinator of Keep Southwest Virginia Beautiful. Previously, she served on the Southwest Virginia Regional Wastewater Study Commission, was coordinator of Wise County Litter Control and Recycling, assistant editor of the Employment and Training Reporter in Washington, D. C., and associate editor of The Coalfield Progress. Doss earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Radford University.
