Renee V. Hoyos

Renee V. Hoyos is the executive director of the Tennessee Clean Water Network (TCWN), a nonprofit organization that advocates policies and programs to protect and restore Tennessee waters.

Before joining TCWN in 2003, Hoyos worked at the California Resources Agency, where she helped create a long-term strategic watershed management policy and program. She also served as the agency’s primary contact for wild and scenic rivers issues.

Hoyos graduated from the University of California and holds master's degrees in agriculture and management and in avian science.
