TVA’s Leadership Institute maintains educational and training curricula that help meet TVA’s leadership needs by developing capabilities at four levels:

  • First-line leaders of bargaining-unit employees.
  • Mid-level leaders of other managers.
  • Senior-level leaders of major operational units or systems.
