Normandy Reservoir Land Management Plan

Normandy Reservoir is an impoundment of the Duck River formed by Normandy Dam, which is located at Duck River mile 248.6. Normandy Reservoir is situated in Bedford and Coffee counties in middle Tennessee.

The scope of the Normandy Reservoir Land Management Plan (RLMP) is the 4,797.3 acres of TVA-managed land lying above full-pool elevation. The Normandy RLMP contains a regional overview, information about the environment around the reservoir and descriptions of each parcel of land. The reservoir property is divided into parcels, and each parcel is assigned a single land use allocation zone.
