Tennessee Valley Clean Marina Program

The Tennessee reservoir system, with its unsurpassed recreational opportunities, offers beautiful waters for boating. TVA would like to keep it that way, and has made clean water efforts a priority.

The Tennessee Valley Clean Marina Program exists to help marina owners and operators protect water quality. It addresses such activities as sewage management, oil and gas control and marina siting and erosion prevention. Certified marinas are allowed to use the Clean Marina logo and are presented with a flag.

As of June 2016, the marinas listed below are flying the Clean Marina flag and going the extra mile to protect the waters of the Tennessee Valley.
