RERC Charter

The Regional Resource Energy Council is chartered under the laws of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). Here are basic rules that govern the Regional Energy Resource Council.

Public Comments

The public may make oral comments at the listening session which precedes most RERC meeting (see individual meeting notices for registration details). In addition, written comments may be sent to the RERC at any time by emailing [email protected].
