Richard Holland is the Senior Environmental Director for Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). He assumed this position in 2010, after serving 20 years as environmental manager where he directed environmental activities for PCA pulp and paper mill activities—including air pollution control compliance, NPDES compliance, hazardous waste compliance and solid waste activities. As director, he has oversight responsibility for all environmental programs for PCA, as well as government relations activities and serving as regulatory agency liaison.
Holland is a member of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board, co-chair of the air quality sub-committee for the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is vice-president of the Tennessee Paper Council. Additionally, he is a member of the Henderson County Solid Waste Committee and past member of the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. from the University of Cincinnati, and is a registered professional engineer.
