Central Electric Power Association serves Attala, Leake, Newton, Neshoba, Kemper, Scott and Rankin counties in central Mississippi. The company serves more than 35,700 business and residential customers and manages more than 4,100 miles of transmission line. CEPA partners with TVA to bring its customers energy efficiency programs such as Residential Services.
