Cherokee Electric Cooperative serves Cherokee, Dekalb, Calhoun, Etowah and Marshall counties in northeast Alabama. CEC serves more than 23,000 business and residential customers and manages more than 2,450 miles of transmission line. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.
