The Milan Department of Public Utilities offers electric and water services to the city of Milan, as well as parts of Gibson, Carroll and Madison counties in West Tennessee. Incorporated in 1897, the company today has more than 8,000 business and residential customers and maintains more than 560 miles of transmission line.
