Russellville Electric Board provides Russelville, Ala., with electric, gas, sewer and water services. Incorporated in 1976, the company today has more than 5,000 business and residential customers and maintains more than 120 miles of transmission line. REB works with TVA to offer its customers the energy efficiency program EnergyRight Solutions.
