Winchester Utilities provides electric, water and wastewater services to the city of Winchester plus a rural area northwest of the city in Middle Tennessee. Incorporated in 1939, the company today has more than 5,700 business and residential customers and maintains 225 miles of transmission line. The company partners with TVA to bring its customers the green power program Green Power Switch.
