This strategic guidance document provides a framework for the TVA service region to define success and measure progress in becoming a more connected community. It consists of a comprehensive set of indicators, metrics and milestones designed to help communities assess current conditions, set goals appropriate for their community and make progress in the four Connected Communities focus areas.
