The Harriman Utility Board is dedicated to providing utility electric, gas, water and sewer services to residential, commercial, industrial and public facilities in the city limits of Harriman, Tenn., and parts of Roane and Morgan counties in East Tennessee. Incorporated in 1939, the company today has more than 9,200 business and residential customers and maintains about 700 miles of transmission line.
