areas and communicate results internally to TVA business units and executive leadership and
externally to the communities we serve.

**TVA considers a company to have a Valley business presence if at least one of the following criteria is met:
1. The company provides products, labor and/or services through an operational business unit located in the Tennessee Valley region.
2. The company is headquartered outside the Valley but provides at least 60% of their TVA contract work requirements through the employment of personnel residing in the Valley.
