The key performance metrics in the table below represent a quantification of our supplier diversity performance and show our progress over the past five years. We track our performance in these areas and communicate results internally to TVA business units and executive leadership and externally to the communities we serve.

***TVA considers a company to have a Valley business presence if at least one of the following criteria is met:
- The company provides products, labor and/or services through an operational business unit located in the Tennessee Valley region.
- The company is headquartered outside the Valley, but provides at least 60% of their TVA contract work requirements through the employment of personnel residing in the Valley.
