KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors invites the public to join them as they conduct their quarterly business meeting at the Marriott Shoals Hotel Conference Center, 10 Hightower Pl, Florence, AL, on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at 9 a.m. CT. The meeting will also be webstreamed live on TVA’s website.

A public listening session will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. CT in the Shoals Ballroom at the Marriott.

The Board meeting agenda, as well as details on signing up to participate in the listening session or submitting written comments, will be posted on the Board’s webpage by the end of the day on Thursday, Feb. 9.

The live Board meeting webstream will be available on the Board’s webpage beginning a few minutes before 9 a.m. CT on Feb. 16.
