TVA Statement on Kentucky Helicopter Crash

We are saddened to confirm that a TVA pilot was killed in the crash of a TVA helicopter near Hickory, Ky., at approx. 11:20 a.m. CDT on Monday, July 11. The pilot, Randy Love of Maryville, Tenn., was a 17-year TVA employee. We have no further details on the crash and are fully cooperating with the investigation. The thoughts of the entire TVA family are with Randy’s family as we grieve the tragic loss of our colleague.
