**Associate memberships are available to the primary member's spouse and unmarried dependent children, under age 21, living in the primary member's home (and through age 25 if a student). Associate members must have the same type membership as their Primary member.

Provide your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and TVA's group membership code GPTNATH. Payment may be made by personal check, debit or credit card. Membership credentials will be issued upon full payment. (If you live in an area served by another AAA auto club, you may receive your membership discount by joining with AAA Auto Club South, which will then place you with the AAA club of your choice.)

Biltmore offers discounted admission tickets to TVA employees, retirees, contractors and their families. Biltmore is a unique 8,000-acre estate located in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

Tickets can be purchased through the Biltmore discount admission ticket online program for a single daytime visit on any day of the year. There are no blackout dates.

TVA retirees may purchase computers, software, and accessories for personal use directly from Dell, with discounted prices on most items. To view Dell's online catalog or to place an order, simply access Dell’s confidential Web site. You will need to enter your name, e-mail address and company name (TVA).

You may place your order online or by phone with a Dell systems consultant by calling Dell customer service at  (800) 695-8133 or (866) 257-4711, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. The pricing on this Web site reflects a 5 percent discount. As a TVA retiree, you are eligible for a 2–12 percent discount depending upon the item being purchased.

Who is eligible to purchase through this program?

All TVA employees, interns, co-op students and retirees who draw a TVA pension are eligible to purchase items under this program.

How will I pay for the equipment?

Dell offers various payment options. View their Web site or contact their customer service department for details.

What if I have a problem with a product I’ve purchased through this plan?

When purchasing through this program you are purchasing directly from the vendor. You must contact Dell for information about their warranties, maintenance, and technical support.

When I tried to place an order through the Dell link, I was asked for my name, e-mail address and company name. Why?

Dell asks for this information because this is a special site with discounted pricing. Once you have entered the information, your computer will remember it, and you will not have to enter it again if you later return to the site. Note: For company name, you must enter TVA.

By requesting a quote from Dell, am I committing myself to purchase the computer equipment from Dell at the quoted price?

No. You can request a quote from Dell online or by phone without feeling pressured to buy the equipment. You do not commit yourself to purchasing the equipment until you check out online or place the order with a Dell sales representative.
