Jeff Lyash is president and CEO of the Tennessee Valley Authority. Lyash leads the nation’s largest public utility in its mission of serving the people of the Tennessee Valley to make life better through low-cost energy, environmental stewardship and economic development.
Sue Collins is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Her team ensures TVA has a highly qualified, engaged and diverse workforce.
Jeannette Mills, executive vice president and chief external relations officer, has over 30 years of commercial and regulatory experience in the energy and utilities sectors, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving economic development.
Sherry Quirk, executive vice president and general counsel, directs TVA's legal affairs. She is TVA's designated ethics officer, heads the Office of the General Counsel and directs the Operational and Regulatory Assurance, and Energy and Environmental Policy organizations.
Tim Rausch, TVA's chief nuclear officer, has more than 30 years of commercial nuclear experience, including leadership roles in operations, maintenance, engineering, training, quality, process re-engineering and project management.
Mike Skaggs, who has over 25 years of leadership experience in the utility industry—22 of those years at TVA—currently serves as chief operating officer.
John Thomas, executive vice president and chief financial officer, leads all of our financial services including Risk Management, Financial Planning and Investor Relations, overseeing annual revenues of more than $11 billion.
