Our Renewable Energy Commitment
For more than 85 years, the Tennessee Valley Authority has been producing clean, low-cost, renewable power. This renewable energy has brought new investments and economic opportunities for the Valley region. Now, about 10% of the region’s existing energy comes from hydro generation — and we're building even more renewable energy in the future.
