The West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation serves Calloway, Carlisle, Graves, Hickman and Marshall counties in Kentucky. Incorporated in 1938, West Kentucky RECC today has more than 38,500 business and residential members and maintains more than 3,200 miles of transmission line. It partners with TVA to bring its customers the energy efficiency program  Residential Services.
