Economic Development Grant for Development of the Centre 75 Business Park

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the Loudon County Economic Development Agency (LCEDA) to assist with the development of a portion of the Centre 75 Business Park (Centre 75) in Loudon County, Tennessee. TVA funds would be used to assist with the rough grading of a 350,000-square-foot building pad (including parking lots and truck aprons), construction of an access road, and site stabilization after grading is complete. The Centre 75 Business Park is located immediately east of Interstate 75, about one mile southwest of Tennessee Highway 72, and about 3 miles west of the City of Loudon, Tennessee.
