Economic Development Grant Proposal for Bullington Site

Lincoln County, Tennessee

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the Fayetteville Lincoln County Industrial Development Board to assist with the development of the Bullington Site. TVA funds would be used to assist with tree clearing, grading of a 100,000-square foot (expandable to 200,000-square foot) compacted dirt building pad, construction of a gravel access road, and grading of two detention basins. The Billington Site is located just east of Fayetteville, Tennessee (TN), northeast of the intersection of Franke Boulevard and State Highway 15 (United States [U.S.] Highway 64) in Lincoln County, TN.
