Economic Development Grant Proposal for Harry A. Martin North Lee Industrial Complex

In February 2024, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the Community Development Foundation to assist with the development of the Harry A. Martin North Lee Industrial Complex. The area of TVA’s Proposed Action (herein referred to as the Project Area) comprises approximately 20.05 acres within the Harry A. Martin North Lee Industrial Complex and is located in Lee County, Mississippi.
