Economic Development Grant Proposal for the Gobble Site

Lawrence County, Tennessee

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce to assist with the property purchase of the 151-acre Gobble Site. The Gobble Site is located just north of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee (TN), to the east of US Route 43/State Route 6/Andrew Jackson Highway (US-43) North at Hagan Road in Lawrence County, TN.
