Economic Development Grant Proposal for the Reeves Site

Henderson County, Tennessee

On April 23, 2024, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the City of Lexington Industrial Development Board (Lexington – IDB) to assist with the purchase and development of a portion of the Reeves site in Henderson County, Tennessee. The Reeves Site is adjacent to and east of Highway 22 North, about four miles south of Interstate 40 (I-40), and about five miles north of the City of Lexington, Tennessee.
