Economic Development Grant Proposal for the Tellico West Site

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to the Tellico Reservoir Development Agency to assist with the development of the Tellico West Site. TVA funds would be used to assist the construction of a compacted gravel access road and select tree clearing. The Tellico West Site is located between State Road (SR) 72, Excellence Way, and Deer Crossing in Vonore, Monroe County, Tennessee.
