Economic Development Grant Proposal for Washington County Industrial Park

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a proposed economic development grant through TVA InvestPrep funds to Washington County to facilitate the development of a site within the Washington County Industrial Park. TVA funds would be used to assist with tree clearing, the construction of two dirt building pads, (50,000 square feet (SF) and 225,000 SF), a gravel access road, stormwater detention basin, and the purchase of wetland credits. The Washington County Industrial Park is located on Precision Boulevard, to the east of Blalock Road, in Telford, Washington County, Tennessee.
