Proposed License Agreement and Section 26a Permit for Modifications to Cove Ridge Marina on Watauga Reservoir

TVA is considering a license agreement and Section 26a application request from Cove Ridge Holdings LLC. to install two additional boat slips (24x24 feet and 210x24 feet) and a 2.07 acre expansion to existing harbor limits.  The project is located at Cove Ridge Marina on Watauga Reservoir at Watauga River Mile 41.9  (right bank) (36.346,-82.048), in Carter County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a decision regarding this request. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
