Proposed Permanent Easement Request on Tellico Reservoir

TVA is considering a request for a permanent easement from the City of Loudon, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Tennessee for the operation and maintenance of a planned commercial and private natural gas pipeline for public and private users in and around the City of Vonore. This would affect approximately 2.22 acres, (Approximately: 35.611294, -84.251346 and 35.609367, -84.241583) on Tellico Reservoir, Little Tennessee River Mile 16.7L, in Monroe County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
