Proposed Section 26a Permit and License Modification to Pleasant View Resort and Marina on Kentucky Reservoir

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit and license modification request from Pleasant View Resort and Marina, LLC to expand their existing harbor limits and add new marina infrastructure.  Approximately .20 acres of additional harbor limit is being requested which will make the total harbor area 4.0 acres. The new marina infrastructure will include a covered 48-slip floating dock, a covered 40-slip floating dock, and 66 additional slips added to the existing floating docks. The project is located on Kentucky Reservoir at Tennessee River Mile 67.03 (Left bank) (36.299402, -88.141701), in Henry County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
