Proposed Section 26a Permit for a Modification to Existing Marina on Guntersville Reservoir

TVA is considering a Section 26a application request from Lakshmi Riverbend Marina, LLC for modification to an existing commercial marina and associated harbor on Guntersville Reservoir. The proposal includes a full-service floating marina. This project is located at Tennessee River Mile 364.5 (right bank) in Marshall County, Alabama. 

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before April 12, 2025.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to [email protected].
