Proposed Section 26a Permit on Chatuge Reservoir for 2683 US 76, LLC d/b/a Young Harris Water Sports

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit request from 2683 US 76, LLC, d/b/a Young Harris Watersports to transfer ownership and modify the previous permit.  Modifications include two additional jet ski ports, minor dimension modification to the fixed docks, access walkways and riprap; all facilities are existing. The project is located on Chatuge Reservoir at Hiwassee River Mile 123.8L, 34.9683.44, -83.805380, in Towns County, Georgia.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
