Proposed Section 26a Permit on Fort Loudoun Reservoir for Concord Marina

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is considering a Section 26a permit application from Go Outdoors Concord, LLC to expand Concord Marina’s harbor limits by approximately 13 acres and the addition of associated amenities on Fort Loudoun Reservoir at Sinking Creek River Mile 0.6 (left bank), lat/long 35.864958, -84.130953, in Knox County, Tennessee.  A Section 26a permit approval will allow Go Outdoors Concord, LLC to construct additional facilities which would include three floating boat slips, fuel pumps, a restroom, utility lines, and riprap shoreline stabilization.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment and/or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before July 11, 2024.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or emailed to [email protected].
