Proposed Section 26a Permit on Fort Loudoun Reservoir for Doc’s Place Marina

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit application from Michael Gaddis to construct a new marina and associated amenities over approximately 2 acres on Fort Loudoun Reservoir at Tennessee River Mile 606 (left bank), lat/long 35.757174, -84.191033, in Loudon County, Tennessee.  A Section 26a permit approval will allow Mr. Gaddis to construct a marina which would include fixed boat slips, a boat ramp, parking, dredging, riprap stabilization, a gazebo, and harbor limits.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment and/or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before June 20, 2024.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or emailed to [email protected].
