Proposed Section 26a Permit on Nottely Reservoir for Nottely Boat Club and Marina

TVA is considering a Section 26a permit request from High Growth Ventures, LLC to expand their marina infrastructure at Nottely Boat Club and Marina.  The requested expansions include 6 additional slips, personal watercraft ports, additional dock anchors, and the expansion of their gasoline storage tank.  All existing and proposed infrastructure will be located within the previously approved harbor limits.  The project is located on Nottely Reservoir at Nottely River Mile 24 (left bank), (34.931843, -84.114724), in Union County, Georgia.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment and/or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before September 27, 2024.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or emailed to [email protected].
