Proposed Standard License for Continued Use of TVA Designed and Installed Septic System to Alarka Marina on Fontana Reservoir

TVA is considering a Standard License Agreement from Alarka Marina for continued use of a TVA designed and installed septic system on TVA Zone 4 Property which will keep them in compliance with local and state requirements. Should this system need to undergo maintenance, an existing access road will be included in this license to ensure maintenance can be performed. The project is located on Fontana Reservoir at Little Tennessee River Mile 81.5R, 35.397271, -83.535626, in Swain County, North Carolina.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
