Use Notification Policy Logon Banner for Public Facing, Non-Employee Websites

For websites that are hosted outside of the TVA internal network (external or public facing) and allow non-employees to log in to TVA systems regardless of whether the system is TVA or third-party hosted, a notification policy logon banner will be used.

This TVA information system is provided for authorized TVA business use only. Unauthorized or improper use of this system is strictly prohibited and may result in administrative action, civil and/or criminal prosecution and penalties, or other personnel actions.

You have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy regarding any communications or data transiting or stored on this system. Data, including personal information, transiting over this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, or disclosed by TVA, the United States, and third party entities.
