TVA Board of Directors to Host Listening Session, Meeting in Chattanooga, Tenn.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The TVA Board of Directors will host meetings to gain insights from the public and conduct necessary business on Aug. 23-24 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Board members will participate in a public listening session from 2 - 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at the Chattanooga Convention Center, 1 Carter Street.
Individuals wishing to address the Board during the listening session have the choice of speaking in person or submitting written comments. Registration of speakers and submission of written comments are required and can be made through the Board’s webpage at tva.com/board. Individuals without computer access may also register to speak or arrange to submit written comments by contacting Wilson Taylor, TVA’s ombudsman, at 865-776-7015.
The Board will conduct its quarterly business meeting at 9 a.m. ET on Thursday, August 24, at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Directors will consider the agenda items listed below.
