Deed Modification on Kentucky Reservoir for Carol Mascolo

TVA is considering a request for deed modification over approximately 50 acres on Kentucky Reservoir between Tennessee River Miles 162-164.5 (right bank), in Hardin County, Tennessee. In partnership with the Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Carol Mascolo has requested the modification to support the restoration of wetland habitat, on her private property. TVA is seeking public comment prior to a final decision to abandon certain easement rights.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the proposed action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
