Easement on Pickwick Reservoir

TVA is considering a request to grant a 30-year easement over approximately 2 acres of land on Pickwick Reservoir at Spring Creek Mile 0.4 (right bank) in Colbert County, Alabama. The land rights have been requested by the Colbert County Commission for emergency services use by the Colbert County Emergency Management Agency.

TVA is interested in receiving comments on the proposed action. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
