Proposed Commercial Recreation License on Norris Reservoir

TVA is considering a request to grant a commercial recreation license over 2.2 acres (water-based for harbor limits to consist of wet slips only) located at Launch Lane of Deerfield Cove, on Norris Reservoir at Powell River mile 8.1R in Campbell County, Tennessee.  Mr. Rob Woodson (operator) has requested the license for the commercial operations of a new marina consisting of 56 boat slips for public rent.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before December 5, 2018.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to [email protected].
