Proposed Deed Modification on Chickamauga Reservoir

TVA is considering a request for a deed modification over approximately 26.8 acres of land on Chickamauga Reservoir at Hiwassee River Mile 16.4 (left bank), in Bradley County, Tennessee. Wacker Polysilicon North American, LLC has requested the deed modification to enhance safety and security of their plant operation.

TVA is seeking public comment prior to deciding on the deed modification.

TVA is interested in receiving comments on the proposed action. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
