Proposed Deed Modification on Melton Hill Reservoir for Aspire Foundation

TVA is considering a request to grant a deed modification over approximately 1.52 acres on Melton Hill Reservoir at Clinch River Mile 61.9 in Anderson County, Tennessee. The deed modification has been requested by the Aspire Foundation to include public and commercial recreation to allow for proposed recreational facilities.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
