Proposed Easement on Chickamauga Reservoir for the City of Dayton

TVA is considering a request to grant a permanent easement over approximately 7.8 acres on Chickamauga Reservoir at Richland Creek opposite Tennessee River Mile 504.4 in Dayton, Tennessee. The land rights have been requested by the City of Dayton for the installation of sewer lines.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the proposed action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
