Deed Modification on Chickamauga Reservoir for Southeastern Green Works, LLC

TVA is considering a request for a deed modification over approximately 82.1 acres on Chickamauga Reservoir at Sewee Creek Mile 2.0 (left bank) (35°34’35” N, 84°47’11” W), in Meigs County, Tennessee. Southeastern Green Works, LLC has requested the deed modification to support the restoration of wetland habitat and the establishment of a wetland mitigation bank on private property. 

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to a final decision to abandon certain easement rights. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
