Proposed Commercial Recreation License and Section 26a Permit to Five Point Commons and Marketplace, Inc. on Watts Bar Reservoir

TVA is considering a commercial recreation license and Section 26a permit from Five Point Commons and Marketplace, Inc. over approximately 5.4 acres. The existing commercial campground & marina consists of seven camp/RV sites, underground utilities, retaining wall, fixed docks/piers, access walkways, fixed and floating docks/piers, fencing, and harbor limits. The project is located on Watts Bar Reservoir at Tennessee River Mile 548.2 (Left bank) (35.750533,-84.659798), in Roane County, TN.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request prior to making a permit decision. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.
