Proposed Commercial Recreation License and Section 26a Permit to Melton Hill Marina, LLC on Melton Hill Reservoir

TVA is considering a new commercial recreation license and Section 26a permit request from Melton Hill Marina, LLC, over approximately 3.68 acres for the continued operation of the marina and an expansion of the marina’s infrastructure. The existing permitted harbor limits will not be changing with this proposed action. The expansion includes two floating boat slips (30’ W x 184’ L and 50’ W x 124’ L) and a new fuel pump. The project is located on Melton Hill Reservoir at Clinch River 43.2 (left bank) (35.985717, -84.191297) in Knox County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties and to identify any other issues associated with this request.
